Ten Signs You May Benefit From a Health Coach

1. You are always on a diet or preparing to start a new one - usually with mixed results that never last. 2. You are bloated, tired, constipated or some combination of the three and have just accepted that this is your “normal.” 3. You are great at starting a new diet, fitness program, or supplements, but not so great with consistency and sticking with it. 4. You know what you are supposed to do to get healthy, but can't actually manage to “do it” for more than a day or two. 5. You don’t want to feel restricted by a diet, but can't seem to find the balance between food, exercise, and fun. So to “fix it,” you weigh yourself at least four times a day to keep things under control. 6. You rarely get more than 6 hours of sleep at night, but coffee, Diet Coke, and sweet treats help you power through your day. 7. Your habits or better yet, lack of habits, surrounding food, fitness, sleep, and stress do not support your goal to get healthy. 8. You tend to buy a lot of skincare products that promise glowing skin, but you just cant seem to get the skin you want and are starting to wonder if your gut issues and food choices could be part of the problem. 9. You do not think you eat too many processed and packaged foods, sugar, or refined carbohydrates and oils, but then again, you aren’t really sure what you eat on a day to day basis. You like to wing it, eat out a lot, and see where the day takes you which often means Uber Eats or a bowl from Chipotle for lunch and/or dinner. 10. You tend to gain 5 pounds over the weekend and then try to lose those same 5 pounds all week long - not always successfully. This may explain why over the past year you’ve gained 15 pounds and aren’t exactly sure how it happened. If any of this sounds familiar to you, then maybe a health coach is exactly what you need. An individual approach, built around your specific goals. A health coach provides accountability and support while building habits that allow you to succeed. It’s a lifestyle, not a diet.
