Let’s Talk About Your Hormones



Lately it seems that everyone’s hormones are, for a lack of a better phrase, “out of whack” or at least that is what I’m hearing from clients, friends, and family members of all ages and stages. And unfortunately, our current lifestyle, diet, and stress level has a lot to do with it. Throw in environmental toxins and chemicals found in everything from cereal to fragrances to beauty products and you can see how easy it is to get our hormones out of balance or out of whack! The good news is that there are things you can do to naturally alleviate symptoms, balance your hormones, and improve the condition of your overall health. And it starts when you realize that everything is connected! Once you learn that what you put IN your body and ON your body matters, not just for your hormones but for your gut health too, it changes the game.

As a holistic health and nutrition coach, I can provide support to help clients find relief from their symptoms through shifts in nutrition and lifestyle. There is NO magic pill, but by creating small changes and healthy sustainable habits we can work together towards total wellness. Better sleep, more energy, improved digestion, increased libido, relief from PMS symptoms, stabilized blood sugar, enhanced focus and clarity, weight management, reduced stress, improved reproductive health, and better mood can all be achieved when we bring our hormones back in balance. It won’t happen overnight, and there is work involved, but a lifetime of health and well being is surely worth the time and effort it takes to reach your goal and to feel better. Sometimes change can start with the smallest step, maybe balancing your hormones can too.
