I have been interested in healthy eating and exercise for as long as I can remember.
I grew up in the quintessential big, Italian family where good, wholesome food was prepared with love and shared with all. The importance of food and cooking in my life and all the ways it nourishes my family is what drew me to start my health coaching journey. As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I live by the belief that how you eat, is how you live and it has guided me here and is the cornerstone of my practice.

Over the past few years, my focus has shifted to longevity and how to get the most out of our years as we age. I truly believe that food is medicine, and what we put in our body matters. Eating for energy, lowering inflammation, and improving my gut health through food and exercise has been life changing for me and I am passionate about helping others rise above their struggles with food, exercise, digestive issues, sleep, and stress management and to truly get better with age. It is never too early or too late to start!
